how to instal red hat 5.3

pls help me to install red hat 5.3 on ibm server x3650 m3, server configuration is 16 gb ram, after raid for usable hard disk space is 1.5 tb.
i want make this oracle server (oracle ebs 12) so pls tell me how many directories need to make or what will be the size for the same for example


what will be the size of root/

what will be the size of /home, /tmp, swap, /boot, /oracle etc
