How to upgrade firware 2530?

I've upgraded the CAM software (from 6.7.x to 6.8.1), after which CAM brought a warning that the firmwares of the controller and drives need to upgrade: now RAID firmware is at rev.07.35.55.11, but baseline revision is 07.35.67.10.

Can I do upgrade on the fly, or I must shutdown all aplication uses my array?
