Why AutoVue can't access to a Shared folder on the inside of the files? ????

Hi,All

I want to AutoVue through the integration of the way open PLM the Shared folders on the server, if share permissions is EveryOne read only, it's OK!As show in figure:

                   

                  

     

But, if share permissions do not contain EveryOne read only words, so AutoVue read documents in displays: ＂Error:Cannot display file.The file contains is 0 bytes.＂,It's not OK,why?As show in figure:

              

            

 

If use the menu bar AutoVue the operation to open direct PLM server files in a Shared folder, the result is also OK!
