Employee unable to Apply Leave after End Employment.

HRMS Version: 12.1.1

Problem Description

1) Employee has 6 days leave balance
2) Employee resigns
3) Process End Employment and employee physicallty still reports to work until the last day
4) Employee Leve balance records updated to Zero (negative) balance upon End Employment
5) Employee apply for leave
6) Error: Unable to apply as leave has negative balance.

Can anyone share your knowledge to resolve this issue as employee is physically still employed and need to apply for leave before the last day of employment. Is it a standard that upon End Employment employee not allowed to apply for leave?
