Hi , Please Suggest which setup need to Download for the Oracle Apps R12 from Oracle Delivery Site.

1- Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1.1 Media Pack for Microsoft Windows (32-bit)    -- 44 GB

2- Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1.1 (with NLS Supplement) Media Pack for Microsoft Windows(32-bit)  - 65 GB

Which Setup should I download for Oracle Apps R12 with Vision Setup.

What is NLS Supplement ?
