EB Tax issue

Hi,

Say, I have set up EBTAX for Country Puerto Rico where I have created a Tax Regime, Taxes , Tax Rate.

While I am trying to add a Tax on Manual AR Transaction, I am able to select the Tax Regime Code, Tax , Tax status .

But, there is no LOV for 'Rate Name'

Can you please suggest , what set ups should I check?

NOTE: It is to be noted here that the the issue occurs for Customers with address other than 'Puerto Rico'.
