XML Check Format in 11i apps

We are moving away from a Flexform overlay on our AP checks and need to print an XML version.  Payables checks do not have a seeded XML template in 11i apps. We are onl 11.5.10.2 with no plans to move to 12i before the end of next year. 12i apparently contains the needed templates for the AP check.

Has anyone configured the AP check to print in XML format?
