3D Load Configuration Troubleshooting in 6.1

We are just starting to look at using the Load Configuration functionality and are encountering the same issue that others seem to have encountered.  We et the message that the load cannot be viewed in 3D. I have the Cortona viewer successfully loaded and have followed to the letter the limited setup instructions available on configuring the new 3D load building functionality that is supposed to be in 6.1. I have used the logs and diagnostics and it does appear that the 3D Load Configuration check is kicking in. I have confirmed by altering the order being planned and I
