Can you use Weblogic with 12.1.3 or even 11.5.10.2 ?

We all know that 12.2 will use Weblogic Basic to take care of the Oracle iAS side of things but is it possible to do this with 12.1.3 without upgrading to 12.2?

It's probably asking too much for 11.5.10.2 to use Weblogic?
