iStore browser requirements

Is there any Oracle documentation on user PC requirements when accessing an iStore site – for example supported browsers like IE, Firefox, Safari, Chrome, etc. along with required versions or any required Java versions, etc.?  Do I need something on my landing page to tell users they need certain things for the site to work correctly?
