Delivery Lines splitting after pick release

Hi,

After booking an order with 1 line 10 qtys. when run the pick release it spilts the delivery lines details to two line  6 and 4 quantities.

I have set the undershipment tolerances at the sales Order level to 100%

I do not have any ship sets assigned to this line.

I have enough quanties in the warehouse .

what could be possible reason for the spilt ? My understanding if we have enough quantities it should not spilt the delivery line details.
