DMS: MFS Laptop---Timeout when waiting for a lock:C$ALL_SEQUENCE_PARTITIONS

Hello,

We applied a patch 9128169 which oracle support suggested on SR 3-4622404721 and after applying the patching when we try to sync we are getting below errors..The ol_sync.log file available in c:\mobileclient\oldb40 shows error as "Timeout when waiting for a lock:C$ALL_SEQUENCE_PARTITIONS"..>Can you please let me know if anybody else has seen this issue and what is the reason for these errors and if there is a fix

POL-3264 Timeout When waiting for a lock

null unknown error

POL-5281 cannot drop unique/primary key index (%s.%s)
