how to add a database to em cloud 12c

Hello everyone

Could anyone please tell me how to add my database so that i can administer it from my em cloud control

I have the em cloud controll installed and running but i am confused about the way how the node has to be added

Could anyone please tell me if i have to download an agent with version is the correct for em cloud 12c and where i can download , etc.
