Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. getting error while trying to extract VM Templates for Oracle E-Business Suite .

i downloaded all files from this link

when am trying to extract with 7-zip its getting error (file is broken).I downloaded 3-4 times but getting same error.
