character set question about BIP

BIP version: 10.1.3.4.1
View BI report in HTML is normal, Chinese character set can display normally.
Can not view Chinese character set(unreadable character set) after mail the report
If change character set from UTF-8 to GB2312
Can not view BI report in HTML, but view Chinese character set is OK in mail.

Please help!
