Small Concern

Hi,

Today i got confirmation from global_customer_support_ww@oracle.com stating The Customer User Administrator has Approved the request of Pankaj Kulkarni in My Oracle Support. When I logged on to site https://support.oracle.com I am not able to explore the documents.

I need to have a look at three(3) documents and I know the Id's of those documents.
My concern is, is there still any process goin on  regarding processing of my ID or is there any other reason that I am not able to explore through the documents.
