Installing iSupplierPortal and Sourcing on 11.5.10.2

Hi,

We have an Oracle Financials environment up and running.  We use Oracle Purchasing, Payables, Fixed Assets and General Ledger.  We also have Cash Management and Receivables although those modules are not actively used.  We are interested in knowing what effort is involved in starting to use the iSupplierPortal and Sourcing modules on the current version.  Do patches just need to be applied or how does it work?
