MSA on BlackBerry Causes BlackBerry to Freeze

Hi there,

I have provided access to Mobile Sales Assistant to our Sales Managers. One of these Sales Managers is having issues since downloading the application whereby the App causes the BlackBerry to completely freeze. The only way to reboot the BlackBerry is to remove the battery.

I have found a similar issue on the training and support link where a bug was discovered when having a BlackBerry language set to French caused the BlackBerry to freeze, however this BlackBerry is set to English.

The BlackBerry model in question is 9300. We did have to downgrade the software on the device from 6.0 to 5.0 as 6.0 does not support MSA, so maybe this has something to do with the issue.
