Cost allocation to projects not being imported into projects module

Hi

while workin in ERP my client is facing the below error please suggest how to resolve the issue

Error :-

Error coder :- INVALID_CR_CCID(CCID for credit is NULL)

Error Descritpion:- The code combination ID for the credit account cannot be  NULL for transactions that have already been accounted for in an external system.
