Oracle eMail Center Routing
We are setting up Teleservice and Oracle eMail Center. Have a question on eMail Center Routing.
Customers fill on a template on the website. One of the template fields is Product#.
We are planning to setup a dynamic custom routing rule for example if the product# is XXX-123 it should be routed to Group1; if the Product# is YYY-345 it should be routed to Group2.
My question is do I enter all the 5000 Product Numbers in the Rules screen with each product in a separate line or could it be handled in the custom API?
