R12.2: In the Business Rule Monitor Is it possible to trigger a notification to a Group instead of a

I have tried using the 'Escalate a Service Request (create task only)' workflow, it creates the Task but it only works when I have an individual owner in the Territory, when I tried entering a Group as the 'Escalation Owner' it does not work. Thanks in Advance, GZ
