How to see who released a sales order from hold

When a sales order is placed on hold, a record is created in the Held Orders file (F4209). Included in the record that is written is the hold code type field (HOHCOD) and the order number field (HODOCO). When the sales order is released from hold, the same record in the Held Orders file (F4209) is updated.  The field Released By (HORDB) displays the person who was responsible for releasing the hold.
