Company to Company inventory transfer

We are on JDE 8.0 

We have two different companies that share the same physical location.  We have been going through the process of issuing a SO from one company and a PO from the other.  Then we are going through the whole ship and receive process.  This is too labor intensive.  How can we basically do an intercompany transfer between two different companies?
