Budget Journal Approval Status is Rejected

Hi Gurus,

I have a question that we have initiated approval hierarchy on Budget Journal (Encumbrance Accounting is Also Enabled) and budget journal  approval status is "REJECTED" and i m not able to delete this journal. Can anyone tell me how the delete this budget journal ?
