Error while booking a sales order in R12

Hi

Getting the below erros while creating a new sales order in EBS R12. Please advise.

Program error: Please inform your support represenative that:
FLEXFIELDS SERVER-SIDE VALIDATION package report error:
check_displayed() exception: ORA-01403: no data found

Click  "OK"

Insert_Into_Mtl_Sales_Orders
