SQL to identify problem BSA's in Order Management

Hi All,

We seem to have a number or BSA's in Order Management where we are unable to enter a new line and seem to be hitting BUG 6748283: Unable to add new line to BSA

Although we can use the workaround to add the line to the BSA through Diagnostics/Examine, we would like to identify them in advance and clear the problems.

Has anyone encountered this before and has an SQL that might identify these rogue Blankets ?
