Is it possible to prevent users from selecting some of the application skins listed in the Preferenc

Hello,
This is a question about WebCenter Spaces settings.
My users can navigate to Preferences -> Application Skin and select any application skin from this list.
Is there a way I can prevent users from seeing some of the skins on this list?
