Cloning Issues after upgrade to 11.5.10.2+ATGRUP6+11gR2+

 Hi,


I upgraded our Production Oracle EBS env. from 11.5.10+9iR2 on Windows (Single Node) to 11.5.10.2+ATGRUP6+11gR2 (Two Node) on Windows. 
Though the upgraded instance is working fine I am not able to clone to Test/Dev instance. I am always facing so many issues.Though the adpreclone works fine in Apps Tier and DB Tier in the source system, the adcfgclone fails in the Target system. Sometimes the adcfgclone fails in the DBTier. Sometimes the DB Tier gets configured ok but the Apps Tier gives issues and mainly the Conc Mgr service does not start. 
I don't know what is causing the issue. I opened SR for this issue last time and I was asked to apply
