Attempting to register OVM Manager 3 with EM 12c

When attempting to register OVM manager 3 with 12c, what is required by the URL:

i.e "Enter the URL (tcp://ovmmgr.example.com:54321/) of the host machine on which the Oracle VM Manager is installed."
How does one know what the port is supposed to be? Is there a "status command" that will provide this info.
