Missing Opportunity record

Hi,

I created a simple report using Opportunity Subject Area. I included the columns Opportunity Name and Account Name. Also I added a filter on Opportunity name (has 3 opportunities listed in the filter). The report shows only one of the opportunity record. One record doesn't have Account associated but the other 2 have accounts associated.

Then I tried the same report using Opportunity History Subject Area. This one shows all 3 records with Unspecified Account for the one that doesn't have the Account associated.

I want to create a report in the Reporting Subject Area as I do not see the Custom Objects in the Analytics subject area. I couldn't figure out why data is not showing when I use Opportunity Reporting Subject area.
