Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. can please tell steps needed to upgrade oracle 9i 32 bit database(os linux 32bit ) to 64 bit 11g database (os 64 bit linux)
