Block Activity in View Appproval Through work flow window

Dear all,

I am having an issue in Workflow, I noticed error in Parllel subapproval process , I went to status monitor an retried the activity that was showing error in Parllel approval subprocess,  and after that the error message was missing and the Main Requisition approval process was active . I ran the concurrent program wf synchronize local tables and I got the activity after that as block activity with status notified . Is there a process to run the work flow from the pont block activity. please help me out with this issue I am uploading wfstat.sql ouput file for
