"Quick Find" in "Claims" Screen

We are using a custom responsibility to access the "Claim" function (OZF_CLAM_SUMMARY) and need to be able to query for a particular claim in the "Claims" window in order to change the status; however, the "Quick Find" field that is visible in the seeded "Oracle Trade Management User" responsibility is not visible in our custom responsibility.  We cannot use seeded responsibilities in Production.  Is there a way to make the "Quick Find" field visible on the "Claims" screen in a custom responbibility?
