Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Material transaction Error Message in Installed base

HI IB Community,

When we try to change ownership or change the current location in IB interface we are receiving an error message as " You have material Transaction_ID (XXXXXXX) pending prior to the current transaction. You need to porcess that first.

We are in 11.5.9 of Installed base. This message is getting far more common in out instance. Any help is appreciated.
