Factory model for payments

Hi,

I'm looking for pointers on the steps I need to follow to setup a proof of concept for the factory model of payments.  By factory model I mean that a single company is responsible for making payments for all other companies across the world.  This single company owns all the bank accounts needed to make these payments with each bank account unique to each currency in which payments are made.

Enterprise structure design is still a work in progress however they're quite sure Payables invoices will be in separate operating units where each operating unit will serve one or more companies which share the same ledger.
