How do i stop users with System Admin access updating their own user account?

My organisation are users of the Oracle e-Business Suite version 12.0.8

Our auditors have requested that we prevent users with the System Administrator responsibility from updating their own user account e.g. assigning themselves additional responsibilities. Does anyone know how this could be done without customising the Users form?

We are also looking at making use of the Oracle User Management functionality. Is it possible to restrict users from assigning themselves additional roles through the standard functionality?
