Award APIs Supported by Oracle?

Oracle Note: 396703.1 Grants Accounting: What Public APIs are available for loading data - Modified Jan 13, 2011 states that there is no API available for loading Award related data.  However, I can see Public APIs in my instance for Awards.  Can someone confirm that these are supported by Oracle and is there any documentation on these APIs?
