OPM Quality Management

We want to start using Quality Management for our EBS R11i. Can you recommend a good documentation, possibly step-by-step guide? I've tried the QM User Guide but it doesn't seem to show you where to start with.

Now our site are using basic functions of OPM Product Development and Process Execution. We wanna add further the QM module so we can do basic tasks like recording test results for each batch.
