Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. ATP schedule orders to inifite supply date

Hello,

I have running into the following situation.

Sufficient supply is available in ATP to fill all orders, yet the schedule ship date is the infinite supply date.

I wonder if anyone can help to explain why the system behaves like this.
