Manage Job Grade changes

Hi All,

Now we are on 11i with HRMS. When we change the Job Grade on the Assignment view (name of hr.per_grades) we can't see this change on the HTML form of the Salary if the Effective Start Date of the salary remains older than the Effective Start Date of the Job Grade. So if we would like to see the right JG on the Salary form and also on the report (with right pay line) we have to change the salary also with the same effective date that is for the JG.
