Migration Tool Error

Hi ,

When i try to execute the migartion tool command

migrationtool -u <userID> -s <server URL> ReadAll FieldManagement i am getting the error message The system cannot find the path specified.

i have set the Java_Home and Migrationtool_Home in the environment variables for path. But when i try to execute i am getting the following Error "The system cannot find the path specified".

Any Help Appreciated!!
