Installing Patch Set 4 on Windows 7

Installed 10.2.0.4 enterprise on a Win 7 64-bit Professional PC.  Trying to install the 10.2.0.5 patch will not install in the same oracle home.  Any advice?  The patch is p8202632_10205_MSWIN-x86-64.zip.
