CRM not opening after logging into Contact On Demand

We have a user who cannot access CRM through her COD application. When she logs into COD, the CRM app should load automatically, but nothing happens.

We have adjusted her IE7 settings, added CRM to the trusted sites, and verified her password did not change.

Has anyone come across this and found a fix?

Another user logged into COD on the same PC and was able to access CRM just fine.
