Hi all:

Need your help, these are some facts:

  1. Our client is a SOX Controlled Company, so he needs to comply with the 'Asset Transfer Note' (ATN) control, which means that any kind of asset movement needs to be approved.
  2. In our case, we have set up all trackable items as depreciable, so they are capitalized at the time of po receiving (Oracle Projects is not included in our applications footprint).
  3. Any Inventory issue/receipt to/from field location, or even movements betwen locations is to be performed after the ATN is approved.
  4. For this SOX compliance we use Oracle iAssets.
