Oracle VM (OVM) (MOSC)

Oracle vm 3.0.2 host has a status Running(Warning) icon is set to color yellow.  Trying to figure out why?  Any suggestion where to look?
I checked VM Manager AdminServer logs, no clues there
ovs-agent.log - nothing there.

If you anyone seen this issue and can suggest where to look to trouble shoot I would appreciate.,
