MANUAL PAYMENT WITH WHT DEDUCTIONS

Dear All
Is there any option where we can dedcut WHT on Manual Type payment , system deduct WHT normally on Quick payment but when we select Manual type payment system stop WHT deduction on it is there any option to deduct WHT on manual payments as well ?
