Printing services (print server called CUPS)

¿Wwhat is the process for set up printing services. After EBS R12 upgrade (from 11i) the printing services (called cups), need to be enabled in the R12 upgraded environment. I have been looking for related documentation but unable to find it.This upgrade has been done from 11.5.0.2 to 12.1.1.3
please advise.
