multiline Block field Sum

Hi,
 I want to display the sum of the quantity from multiple line block before saving in DFF.  How can i do that ?

sno  item qty  DFF???
1      A     10   10
2      X      5    15
3      Y      2    17

How to sum the Qty in valueset ?
