How to make alert

   Dear Experts,

Our approval hierarchy is like given below:
Buyer
Procurement Manager
Finance User ( for encumbrance)
Managing Director

So when Po is approved notification goes to the buyer but our requirement is to make the alert which sends notification of approval of PO to the Procurement Manager as well. So kindly help me out in this issue of making the alert.
