Account Inquiry - Summary Templates Issue
To design a report specification I need to obtain from Oracle General Ledger the Balances for a combination account according with the following segments values definition:
Segment 1) Company: 01 (Where 01 is not a Parent Value).
Segment 2) Location: 17 (Where 17 is not a Child Value)
Segment 3) Cost Centre: 1200 (Where 1200 is Parent Value)
Segment 4) Account: 20000 (Where 20000 is a Parent Value)
Both segment values 3) and 4) have multiple child values within it.
I cannot use Account Inquiry to find the balance for 01.17.1200.20000 combination account because segment 3) and 4) are parent accounts.
I tried setting up roll up groups and summary accounts according with the following:
T.T.1200.20000 but I am not interested in the Total value for segment 1) and 2) so doesn´t fit my requirement.
